program note: Borrowing its title and logic from the silent let's-play video on YpouTube, the work stages an unnarrated "walkthrough" in which the mixed quartet navigates a fixed media landscape. The aesthetics of gaming culture, looping, grinding, the flat affect of no-commentary footage, become the formal scaffolding, the players moving through audio-visual levels as media fragments are triggered and layered around them.
